Q: Do you offer insurance for the equipment I rent?

A. We offer a program called Rental Protection Package which reduces your out-of-pocket costs in the event of accidental damage or theft of our equipment. For further details, contact Union Blue Support Center.

Q: Do you offer repair or maintenance services?

A. Yes. Union Blue offers several types of preventative maintenance and repair services at our branches and can provide on-site service including emergency response. We even service equipment we didn't sell or rent to you.

Q: Do you have professional service personnels at Union Blue?

A. All of our service personnel are factory-trained and qualified to keep your equipment in safe operating condition. As an added benefit, you'll receive an On-Site Inspection Report after each inspection of your equipment.

Q: How does the information I provide pass through the servers of Union Blue?

A. When you visit our Site, place an order online or email a communication, your data passes through a server maintained by Union Blue.
